With the mission of ‘Financially Healthy Living,’ Rabobank aims to empower its mortgage clients to make informed decisions, whether they are first-time mortgage seekers or long-time mortgage holders.
Through a portal, Rabobank offers intermediaries insight into their clients and the associated mortgage products. This enables intermediaries to manage client relationships effectively and support clients with Rabobank mortgages with their questions and changes throughout the mortgage term. The introduction of the Rabobank Intermediary Environment is thus a significant step in the business-to-business journey.
