Mark Leck

Managing Director

Mark has been with Yellowtail Conclusion since 2006. What began as an office in Hilversum with the ambition to give Dutch consumers more control over their own finances grew, through partnerships and proprietary products, into a trusted partner for major names in the financial sector.

He has been Managing Director since March 2017. Under his leadership, Yellowtail continued its growth, even after the acquisition by Conclusion in 2020, which, according to Mark, ushered in a new phase of growth.

What still drives him after twenty years: connecting people and ideas, both internally and externally. He enjoys venturing out to clients. That mix of being inwardly and outwardly focused gives him the most energy.

Edwin Lodder

Managing Director

Edwin has been working at Yellowtail Conclusion since 2009 and has been a member of the Executive Board since 2020. As Managing Director, he is responsible for VisionAI, People & Culture, Sustainability, and Key Control Dashboard, among other areas.

He excels at connecting people and business goals, with a keen eye for how organizations can effectively leverage AI to strengthen processes and decisions. As a culture driver within Yellowtail, he ensures that growth and change go hand in hand with the people who make it happen.

Edwin quickly familiarizes himself with new, complex project environments, always keeping in mind what an organization truly needs: clear information to make the right decisions.

Bira Thanabalasingam

Managing Director

Bira has been working at Yellowtail Conclusion since 2010 and has been Managing Director at both Yellowtail and Davinci Conclusion since January 2026. In this role, he focuses on the further development of the organization and the deployment of AI within and outside the group.

He derives energy from bringing people, disciplines, and organizations together to build something that truly matters, such as the growth in Belgium and the United Kingdom, where teams have jointly developed and realized new projects.

His conviction: real change begins with people, not with technology or AI models. For him, that combination of ambition and attention to people is the core of good leadership.

Daniël Veenhoven

Director

Daniël has been with Yellowtail Conclusion since 2017. Through various consultancy roles and his contribution to the establishment of the Pension & Wealth division within the organization, he rose to the position of Managing Director. He has held this position since January 2026, with ultimate responsibility for commercial growth and organizational management.

Under his leadership, Yellowtail is taking the step into the United Kingdom. There, he is building upon the approach that has already proven its value in the Netherlands. With CORD, Yellowtail combines financial domain expertise with an open, innovation-driven technology platform that orchestrates financial planning logic, calculations, market integrations, and regulatory requirements into reliable digital advice.

His conviction: sustainable growth is created through strong teams and long-term client relationships.

Petra Maréchal

Director

Petra has been working at Yellowtail Conclusion since August 2022. She started as a Director and is now Senior Director Pensions & Wealth. In this role, she focuses on the growth of IT consultancy services and the product portfolio.

She brings extensive knowledge of strategy and innovation in the financial sector and applies this to help pension funds, banks, insurers, and asset managers move forward.

She aptly describes her own motivation: “There is still a world to be won in making personal finance simpler and more accessible.”

Joël Scholten

Director

Joël has been working at Yellowtail Conclusion since 2015. He progressed through various technical consultancy roles to his current position as Senior Technical Director.

In the intervening years, he helped build technical solutions for a wide range of financial institutions, from asset managers to pension funds and banks. That broad experience forms the basis of his current role.

As Senior Technical Director, Joel ensures that technical quality and reliability remain central to what Yellowtail builds.

Daniël Rogulic

Director

Daniël has been working at Yellowtail Conclusion since 2014. He started as a Business Consultant, but the technical side of the work soon caught his attention. That interest formed the basis for his development into a Solution Architect.

Through these roles, he progressed to his current position as Senior Director IT. In this role, he combines knowledge of the financial sector—from mortgages to pensions—with in-depth technical expertise in cloud, architecture, security, and AI.

It is precisely at the intersection of business and technology that Daniël feels most at home: he brings together business objectives, technology, and execution. What drives him: sharing knowledge, helping teams grow, and building solutions together that are ready for tomorrow.
