In collaboration with Yellowtail Conclusion, SNS has created the Housing Cost Overview. This tool provides customers with insights and answers to help them make informed financial decisions.
People First, Then the Money
SNS Bank believes that you should expect more from a bank than just a checking account, savings account, or mortgage, placing personal attention at the forefront. People first, then the money. SNS sought ways to provide each individual with as personalized financial advice as possible. They explored new methods for consumers to outline their own financial picture and combine it with additional insights. This is particularly important, for example, when purchasing a home, which often has significant financial consequences.

The Result
The Housing Cost Overview can be found on the SNS Growth Coach platform. Through this platform, consumers can navigate their customer journey, gain insights into their specific situation, and discuss this with their growth coach. By focusing on the individual’s specific circumstances, we move a step closer to the mission of BEYOND: creating financial equality, and to SNS’s mission: people first, then the money.
