This allows them to actively support clients with questions, changes, or new needs.
With specialized support from regional intermediary desks and account managers, Rabobank provides intermediaries with the tools and knowledge to guide their clients effectively, including in areas such as home sustainability and new construction projects. It is a deliberate choice to make a difference for the customer together.

The Rabobank Intermediary Environment continues to evolve thanks to the collaboration between Rabobank and Yellowtail Conclusion. Rabobank sets the direction, while Yellowtail contributes digital expertise, innovation, and implementation power. In the coming period, the focus will be on further expanding client management functions. This will enable intermediaries to make changes even more easily and quickly at their clients’ request, in addition to the existing capabilities for applications and customer data insights. We will also continue to improve user-friendliness. The portal is becoming increasingly intuitive and easier to use in daily practice. In this way, the Intermediary Environment grows alongside the needs of advisors and remains a reliable and practical tool for client management.
