Get a grip on risks with smart risk management software
With risk management software, you bring together risks that are now spread across Excel sheets, separate reports and different systems. In practice, we see that this fragmentation makes it hard for CIOs, CISOs and risk managers to answer simple questions. Where are the risks? Who owns them? Which measures are already in place? Key Control Dashboard brings that information together in one environment, for every department, process and system. Our specialists help you set it up, so the system fits your compliance frameworks and way of working.
Organisations that rely on our GRC software
One risk register
Strategic and operational risks in one place, with registers per domain, from IT and privacy to ESG.
Score and prioritise
Automatic scoring on impact, likelihood and level of control, with trends for your management reports.
From finding to action
Audits and incidents lead directly to improvement actions, each with a named owner.
How does that work exactly?
You want high-impact risks under control quickly. That’s why, in Key Control Dashboard, you link every risk directly to policies, processes, internal controls and audits. This shows you at a glance what you want to achieve, how you organise it and how you test whether it works. Findings from audits or incidents lead directly to improvement actions, which you follow up centrally.
That’s how you close the loop from insight to control. You work without separate lists or duplicate records, and everyone knows who is responsible for what.
What you get with our risk management software
What you’ll notice in your work as a risk manager, process owner or controller.
Get started from day one
You start with our base model: a risk and control library, standard dashboards and frameworks such as NIS2, ISO, BIO, GDPR and CSRD. From enterprise risk management to Monte Carlo simulation. Want to tailor workflows, terminology or reports to your organisation? We set that up with you.
Every role, its own overview
Process and risk owners see on their own home page which actions are waiting for them. As a risk manager, you keep the full picture.
Reporting without copying and pasting
Reports for your board, external auditor and regulator. Export them to PDF or Office, or use the Power BI integration.
Implementation by our own people
Our own consultants guide you from kick-off through to day-to-day management, in clear sprints. After that, you receive at least three upgrades a year. You choose between shared cloud, private cloud or on-premises.
One risk system, multiple frameworks
One control, linked to every framework it belongs to. That way, you avoid duplicate work during audits.
NIS2 is the EU directive on cybersecurity, which each member state implements in its own national law. In the Netherlands, that’s the Cyberbeveiligingswet (Cbw), in force since 15 August 2026. If your organisation falls within scope, you use an ISMS to show that you manage your cyber risks. Ultimate responsibility lies with the board.
The BIO2 (Baseline Information Security for Government 2) is the risk-based information security baseline for the Dutch government, and the Cbw gives it a legal basis. Your risk analysis is therefore the starting point of your information security.
ISO 31000 is the guideline for risk management, and ISO 27001 the standard for information security. You manage both in the same system, so information security risks become part of your overall view of risk.
You manage privacy risks together with your other risks, instead of in a separate register.
If your organisation falls under the CSRD, you include ESG risks in the same risk process.
In the financial sector, DORA has required a structured framework for ICT risk management since January 2025. In Dutch healthcare, NEN 7510 is the standard for information security. Both are part of the ISMS base model in Key Control Dashboard.

Frequently asked questions about our risk management software
Risk management software helps you identify, assess and follow up risks across every layer of your organisation. You link each risk to policies, processes and controls, so you see which measures work and where you need to adjust. In practice, we see that it often replaces a collection of separate Excel sheets and reports.
In general, there's no legal obligation to use software. Structured risk management is a requirement in many sectors, though, through supervision, certification or regulation. Dutch municipalities and provinces, for example, include a section on financial resilience and risk management in their budgets and annual accounts, based on the Dutch Budgeting and Accountability Decree (BBV). Software helps you do this in a demonstrable and repeatable way, especially when you work with multiple frameworks.
The cost depends on your requirements, the size of your organisation, your sector and the number of locations. After an initial assessment, you'll know which package and features fit your situation. Want a first impression? Request a demo.
