Work smarter by keeping it simple
Key Control Dashboard is being renewed step by step. The platform is being rebuilt in phases on a completely new foundation, focusing on the areas where users feel the difference most. Version 9.0.5 introduces a refreshed interface, logical navigation, and instant support through a smart chatbot. The result is an application that feels lighter, calmer, and more consistent. “This update shows exactly where we want to go,” says Leon Wiendels, Product Director at Yellowtail Conclusion. “We’re building a solid foundation that makes it easier for organizations to stay compliant and respond faster. Not through isolated features, but as one smart, integrated whole.”
A difference you’ll notice right away
From the moment you log in, you’ll see the change. The design has been rebuilt with the user as the starting point. Less clicking, less searching, less second-guessing. What you do get is clarity, structure, and speed. Early feedback has been positive. Customers describe it as “simple,” “calming,” and “a breath of fresh air.” That’s exactly the point: software that truly works for people.
AI as a supporting tool
New in this release is the integration of AI. The built-in KeySpire chatbot, developed on Azure OpenAI, helps users immediately with questions about the platform. It also offers suggestions that speed up your work, without taking control away from you. “We believe in a human-in-the-loop approach,” Wiendels explains. “AI supports you, but you stay in charge. We ensure it’s opt-in and transparent. And soon you’ll even be able to connect your own AI models, so the technology truly fits your organization.”
Simplicity as a strategic advantage
This renewal is about more than aesthetics. By removing unnecessary complexity, you create room for what matters. Users make fewer mistakes, compliance improves, and risks decrease. That makes simplicity a strategic advantage, not just a user benefit.
What’s next?
Version 9.0.5 is just the beginning. Upcoming releases will bring improvements such as smarter data processing, a more intuitive dashboard, and a visual view of the entire chain. All aligned with our product vision for 2026–2029: less time spent on systems, more time adding value. “Our goal is clear,” Wiendels says. “We’re building a platform that thinks along, learns, and still stays simple. Because simplicity makes organizations resilient.”
