Bringing clients and knowledge together
A few weeks ago, key users met in the Conclusion skybox at Stadion Galgenwaard. An inspiring setting where experiences, questions and ideas about Key Control Dashboard came together. These sessions mean a lot to me. I speak to clients one-to-one every day, but here I see organisations talking to each other. We share our knowledge, but clients learn most from each other’s experiences.
From broadcasting to facilitating
Based on earlier feedback, we set up the meeting differently this time. Less broadcasting, more room for dialogue. We provided the structure and the right questions; the key users brought the open conversations. The result: recognisable stories, fresh insights and concrete ideas.
Next step: an active community
One clear signal from the meeting: users want a community where they find each other faster. We’re following up on that straight away, including:
Insight into the backlog for our clients, with a simpler way to submit and prioritise input.
The return of our (monthly) newsletter with updates, so every user stays informed of the latest news and developments.
Clearer communication about the roadmap, so our plans and progress are visible to everyone. The revived newsletter plays a part in this too.
And there’s more to come. At the next meeting, one of our clients will present their own case: how they use Key Control Dashboard and what results it delivers. That’s how we keep building our community and getting more out of our key-user meetings.
Growing together
What makes these sessions special is that ideas don’t stay up in the air. Organisations make valuable connections, and we get direct input for the further development of our tooling. Together, we’re building a stronger community and a stronger Key Control Dashboard. I’m already looking forward to the next edition.
