Personal data being processed
Yellowtail can only process your personal data when you use the services of Yellowtail and/or you provide it to Yellowtail yourself for example by filling in a contact form on the website. Yellowtail can process the following personal data:

– Your address details
– Your phone number
– Your e-mail address
Why Yellowtail requires data
Yellowtail processes your personal data in order to contact you by telephone or in writing (by e-mail and/or by post) in the unlikely event that you cannot be reached by telephone.
In addition, Yellowtail may use your personal data in context of execution an agreement for services we concluded with you, usually consisting of services provided by Yellowtail.
Finally, Yellowtail may use your personal data for marketing purposes.

How long does Yellowtail save data?
Yellowtail does not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to realise the above mentioned purposes. Your data will be evaluated every three months by our management. Your data will not be kept longer than one year unless agreed otherwise.
Sharing data with others
Yellowtail will only provide your personal data to third parties with your permission, only if this is necessary for the execution of an agreement with you, or to comply with a legal obligation.
Website visits mapped
General visitors data is recorded on the Yellowtail website. This includes a part of your computers IP address and the data retrieval time send by your browser. However, the last three digits of your IP address are protected. From May 25th2018, we can therefore no longer find your full IP address. This data is used for visitor and click analysis on our website. Yellowtail uses this information to improve the functionalities of our website. This data is made as anonymous as much as possible and is not provided to third parties.
Google Analytics
Yellowtail uses Google Analytics to keep track of how visitors use our website. While doing this, the last three digits of the IP address are protected. Yellowtail has a processing agreement with Google. Yellowtail has not given Google any permission to use analytical information obtained from Yellowtail for Google services. Finally, Yellowtail does not share any data with Google.
Viewing, modifying or deleting data
You have the right to access, modify or delete your personal data. You can send a request for access, modification or removal to iberents@yellowtail.nl. Yellowtail will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within two weeks.
Amending privacy statement
Yellowtail reserves the right to amend this privacy statement. Yellowtail places any revised versions on this website. If a revised version is placed, Yellowtail will provide a clear notification with information about the most important changes.
Protection
Yellowtail takes the protection of your data seriously and takes the appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification. The Yellowtail website uses a reliable SSL Certificate to guarantee that your personal details do not get into the wrong hands.
