He began his career at Yellowtail as a Managing Consultant and previously brought over seven years of experience as a Consultant, both domestically and internationally. He spent five years of that time working in New York, where he helped organizations across various sectors leverage data and analytics for strategic decision-making. In the Netherlands, he was previously involved in large-scale data migrations and the establishment of the mortgage label Vista Hypotheken.
At Yellowtail Conclusion, Zandvliet led various strategic and complex projects, including the renewal of the Rabobank Intermediary Portal and the collaboration with Triodos Bank. These projects combine technology, data, AI, and sustainability, with the aim of improving the customer journey and making organizations future-proof.
In his new role as Director, Zandvliet will focus on further growing the Housing & Lending team, strengthening Yellowtail’s position in the mortgage market, and building lasting customer relationships. He will also continue to help organizations use data and AI more intelligently to achieve more efficient processes, while also fostering collaboration and employee satisfaction.
